The Management is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this equal opportunity policy and the affirmative action plan and is responsible for monitoring the Company practices and procedures to ensure compliance with our policy and laws of Bangladesh, Among the issues to be proud of is the fact that salaries are at par. This is not the case even in the West. We provide transport. The needs of women to operate are attended to. The key positions and interaction with client or technology providers are open to them and they actively engage for my companies.
