    Dohatec New Media subscribes to a policy of equal opportunity. The Management is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this equal opportunity policy and the affirmative action plan and is responsible for monitoring the Company practices and procedures to ensure compliance with our policy and laws of Bangladesh, Among the issues to be proud of is the fact that salaries are at par. This is not the case even in the West. We provide transport. The needs of women to operate are attended to. The key positions and interaction with client or technology providers are open to them and they actively engage for my companies. Our women engineers are empowered and have become more so through their work. We also give them key roles in the know-how space as well as in research. The challenges make them stronger and not expendable.
